The Volunteer of the Month Award Program provides monthly recognition of a volunteer or volunteer group active in the Airdrie Community.  The program was started in early 2018 and was modeled after a similar program in Grande Prairie.  Each month a winner is drawn randomly from all nominations and awarded a framed certificate and gift cards from our sponsors at a presentation ceremony.  Pictures of the award winner are published in local newspapers and on Volunteer Airdrie’s social media channels.
